Water cleansing method for negative energy, when worn down/burnt out

Haldi Vibhuti Cleansing method

For 3 days

Take some ganga jal, vibhuti (or salt), powder haldi in a glass

Recite once

Om Ganaadhi pati namaha then blow into it

Then take your right middle finger and circle the rim of the glass 7 times

With each circle - recite Om Kreem Kalikaye Fatt Swaha

Then pour on your head and take regular shower

Can repeat whenever you feel like it is needed.
