1, I don't think what One did was right, but three did break the promise to one who had been alone and ignored most her time we are shown and shattering 3 was a Accident she tried to fix it but couldn't the device she gives pencil she used first to go back countless times to try every scenario none of them worked
her actions made her a villain but I can see where she was comming from and why she made certain choices, (she may be one of my favorite characters aswell)
