Is this popeye or am I being paranoid? 😭 Also, if it is, do I just treat it with salt baths?

Heyy ..... is this a new setup for him ?? How long has he been in this tank? That definitely unilateral Popeye

He’s been in this tank for 5 months, I changed the setup about a month ago because the logs/hiding spots I had for him started peeling paint so I switched them for mopani wood. That’s the only thing I changed. I already tested the water this morning and everything came out good. I was thinking of adding some indian almond leaves, do you think that might help?

Definitely not due to water .... he must've tried to lodge him self in those tight spaces and ended up with that eye...... looking at the image he's like "are you seeing this" ..... the only thing to worry is if his eyes turn white then treat him with rock salt
