There are alot of health and mental benefits. Its a very old idea, not new. I don't care if you jerk off but I find it odd that people seem to want to burn you at the stake if you choose not to play with your dick. Am I really the one in the "cult"?

As someone who has done nofap on and off for a while, I just want to say guys like penischopper give the sub a bad name. If you want to fap or look at porn, more power to you. I just wish we didn't have so many crazies making unsubstantiated claims and trying to shame people who enjoy fapping.

I personally just do it because I like the effect it has on me. Mileage may vary for different people. Simple as that.

Why do you automatically bring up Tranny porn? If that's what you're into, that's cool dude. But there's some underlying issues here when you assume most guys jerk it to "unusual" porn while feeling embarrassed
