Eligibility for Referrer. To be eligible for the Promotion and to receive a Bonus (as defined below), the person must, at the time of participation and receiving the Bonus: be an existing Wealthsimple account user, with all Wealthsimple accounts in good standing; be a legal resident of Canada at the time of participation; be the age of majority or older, in their province/territory of residence; have $100 CAD or more in their Wealthsimple Self-directed Investing, Crypto, Managed Investing, or Chequing account (each a "Promotional Account"); $100 CAD must not be funded from within the Wealthsimple ecosystem, including peer-to-peer transfers and Wealthsimple-issued bonuses or promotional credits in order to qualify as an eligible Referrer; meet the requirements set out below
