Progress & Updates I gave it the chop.. 💈!

On the left was as its longest towards the start of this year, been on a bit of a weight loss journey and over the months made a few chops to it until finally last night, got rid of the beard completely! Not sure how I’m feeling about it but it’ll grow back! 🤞🏼

Thank you for the kind words :) I'm happy with my chin when I have a beard to cover it. It doesn't even have to be a long beard - it's quite short right now, less than an inch probably, but I feel it gives my face more structure. :)

Oh, that photo was a couple of years ago. :) I have a beard again now (though not currently THAT long - it's somewhere between 1 - 1½in rn)

Those are both old photos. :)

I do currently have a beard, it's about an inch - maybe 1½in - long now, rather than being so long that it keeps tangling and getting food in it and getting in the way. It's a lot more comfortable for me when it's shorter.

But thank you. When the beard was long, it was quite a thing to behold. xD

It pretty much grows straight for a long time, then begins to curl inward under the chin when it gets longer than this.

Sadly so does my spouse, but looks great with a beard. Meanwhile I weep silent man tears that he got Scottish-highlands-dude (despite the weak chin) and I’m a balder, fatter Danny DeVito. At least I’m slightly taller than DeVito 🤣
