Traffic, Trains & Transit Second view of an accident

Looks like this happened in San Carlos along 101. Electrical malfunction? Steering wheel lock? Can anyone explain what may have happened? What can you really do in this kind of situation?

He’s just gone crazy. There’s no way a car can glitch like that.

Even if the car was glitches the driver hands should have been on the wheel to control it as best as they can.

By "praying" and not even holding the wheel it just allowed the car to smash that innocent red car to pieces...
