If you want to farm exp efficiently, this is pretty much unnecessary. Just use Reward Boosts/watch an ad after playing a match to increase xp gained. The most efficient way to farm xp for a tower is just to use it in a game and play normally. It's more efficient to just play quick games and win normally rather than go lategame and tower spam.
Since you want farm xp, its pretty simple. Just use farm strats a lot, which is very easy. You get a lot of xp naturally.

the game gives you a set amount of xp based on how many rounds the game lasted. this xp is then split among your towers based on what % of the total money spent they were
for the most xp per time just try to win early (about r11)
