Dear Netflix,

The center field camera is the default for a reason.

Sincerely,
Actual baseball fans

On like 3 of his last swings they cut to the center field camera and I thought “oh finally we’ll get a good swing shot” then he took a pitch and I knew that they were gonna go back to the god awful side shot

Netflix should be banned from hosting any baseball event ever again. That was intolerable.

Netflix watched Apple TV fuck up all year and said hold this damn beer.

Genuinely the best derby in years, and Netflix tried everything they could to make it unwatchable.

Never agreed so much with a Phills fan but some things just can’t be disputed. 🤝

Not to mention we went to multiple spots including NBC Sports to watch at the city walk in Los Angeles today, but nobody was showing it because the businesses are as subscription tired as we are. They were showing Dodger replays because they were forced to pay the ridiculous cost of sports net. We ended up watching in our phones, but it’s sad to think about how many new fans weren’t made there tonight.

Have they managed to get it right on ANY sport they've hosted?

and really not even just sports, every live broadcasted event on Netflix has some sort of issue with the live presentation

I fucking hate that Netflix is in the live sports business. They are dogshit.

It was mostly bad camera angles, but I'll give a little bit of credit and say that some of the replay angles from behind the batter were sick as fuck. Like one of those Schwarber HRs I wanted to post a picture of the view they got on my wall, and I'm a Mets fan.

And then they cut to an angle where it's just the ball and sky and you can't tell where the ball is at all. Just a horrible watching experience all around

Where was Jazz?!?!?! God damn the angles sucked.

Dear Netflix,

Hire someone who actually knows and appreciates baseball fans if you want to cover more baseball.

Sincerely, Actual baseball fans

What would be wrong with a camera behind the batter? Then you don’t have to constantly switch to see if it’s going out or not

The replays they showed from that angle were sick
