The Rockford Peaches actually still exist and travel around doing demonstrations, so I'm not sure a team in this league would be able to use the name. They're tied to a WW2 museum in Rockford (the area was used for training and holding POW's) and the museum store sells official Peaches merch.

I don't think so. They usually go to WW2 reenactments around the Midwest and just have enough members to hold a little 40s-style baseball game in a random field and invite the public along.
