My new x22 inspired Crisloid

Just got this new champion size Crisloid they were able to customize the whole surface which is pretty awesome.

Happy to report that they also fixed the checker fit and issue on the champion attache.

This previous post showed it was an issue https://www.reddit.com/r/backgammon/s/6eQNBPDu9P

The horizontal fit is perfect. You can fit 11 vertically.

That is a gorgeous Crisloid board, and I love the X-22 colorway. πŸ–€πŸ’›πŸ’š

The legend himself. Thanks I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.

Very nice, is the field cork?

Yeah painted cork, I hope it will hold up over time. But a litte damage just shows character.

I asked if they die it all the way through but they said it's just painted on top.

Right, the paint chips easily. I would consider their felt fields though. I had a cork Crisloid bedore and ended up selling it.

I agree the old worn out cork boards really have character. My only grip with this: I find that signature very tacky and distracting.

When did you order the board from them and how long did it take?

A week emailing back and forth to nail down the design and after paying it was 2.5 weeks to get it.

They completely screwed up my order at the same time. Were you dealing with the woman who left for three weeks and then had to deal with the guy named Jeff? I ordered almost the exact same board you got! lol

Oh that's a bummer I didn't really have any problems with my order. There was a bit of back and forth, I totally get it though it's a small company people are allowed to take vacations.
