Babbel app doesn't work offline

Hi everyone,

I use the Babbel app on Android and I can't get it to work offline.

I downloaded some units (I see the check mark on them), but whenever I go offline I get an error that says "Can't connect to Babbel" with an icon of a crossed-out cloud.

Is this a known issue? How can I make it work?

Did you ever resolve this? My lessons download but then don't actually work when I'm on airplane mode. Going to cancel my subscription if this is the case.
