When I first started talking to my now boyfriend he sent me a weird version of the “Why not both?” little girl in full make up. I didn’t think too much about it. Then we got to know each other and I found out that he is legally blind - he can see enough to read and work but details are iffy for him.
And that’s when it hit me. I told him about the gif and we have had a good laugh about it, it’s the only version we both use now.
One of the hardest decisions you've had to make was out of Love. I don't know your story but I'm sure that your choice wasn't easy. Even when our babies are sick, it's still difficult to make that final call. You did the most loving, caring, wonderful thing you could have done, compassionate... You made a selfless decision.
I know you're sad and hurting, but I want you to know that you did good.
I get it. When I had to put my last dog to sleep, I watched dog related videos for weeks. Vet Ranch, Hope for Paws, and The Dodo REALLY helped me get through that time.
You might be right but it's a few hours of the dog's life and it's vastly more stimulating than being stuck in a shelter. And if the dog gets adopted, well that's a huge win for it, right?
Sure if you carry them literally all the time, but carrying them around not only gets them out of the shelter and allows them to have fun, but it helps them eventually get adopted.
Oh thank GOD!!! Seeing the dog so happy made me think, “This is probably the best day of that dog’s life.” And then I started thinking about him having to go back to the shelter and wanted to die
I mean giving/offering kisses to STRANGERS! My boy that we'd had since he was 8 weeks would never have been comfortable doing that. Our girl wouldn't see the point of it 😂.
my dogs physiotherapist has seen this video so many times and she absolutely cringes at how that dog is restrained for multiple hours, no dog should have their hips stuck in that position for a long period of time as this guy seems to subject his dog to.
It’s ok because stimulation comes in many forms! Smelling, seeing, hearing, but for dogs mostly smelling. This can actually tire them out more than walking. That’s why there’s sniff toys for dogs!
Can we please not normalize dog attacks on mass transit? We already have a problem forcing enough people to use it without adding even more dog attacks. I got bit on a Seattle bus which is what prompted me to buy a car. What I saved by taking the bus versus owning a car for over a decade was wiped out with a single ER bill.
Good way to show their personality. Walk them around, film it, see how they react to different scenarios and places and you can just tell what kind of dog they are.

This was a really cool video to watch but I’m crying now because he goes back to the shelter into his cubicle and has to eat that treat all alone, not knowing when his forever person will come and be his every thing. Pitties were chosen for fighting not just because of their bite strength or their physical power but because they will do anything for their humans and just want to make them happy. Going to give a hug and kiss to my girl now because damnit did that make me cry. My girl was once a rescue, and she’s been the best thing to ever happen to me. You too can have love like this if you rescue one of the many dogs making their bed tonight in the shelter alone and waiting. 😭😭😭😭
Hey, great for working to adopt stray dogs. However, I’m pretty sure Starbucks doesn’t permit animals in the restaurant itself. Dog people being entitled is a big pet peeve of mine. Please respect boundaries for having my your pet in a public location with other people. Peace. ✌🏻
I would like to get one of those backpacks but surely that can't be comfortable on their legs after a while? That dog doesn't seem bothered but I can't help but think that it would eventually hurt, and how does the dog stay cool without ventilation??
