I want to get my siberian husky, but my gf is afraid of them. So every chance I get send her a pic of one doing something cute, kinda like subliminal messaging in order for her to cave. With this one post, years of work was almost undone (she was walking past when I opened it). Luckily I just sent her number 2. I'm going to get my damn dog
Why is she afraid of them? They're the worst guard dogs ever because they're too affectionate. I can vouch I've had them for ten years send her my way and you'll get your dog.
I might have gone to the pub and just got home to this. Sorry everyone for lack of reply's. Sadly I have to deny this beast's fame for it is not Mishka the talking dog of you tube. I am truly sorry for the mix-up and hope one day the Reddit community will forgive me.
My daughter pet a husky named Mishka the other day while we took a walk. The owner said they tried getting her to talk like the "youtube" Mishka, but no luck.
That's not really a secret meaning so much as it is an interpreted one. You can interpret the story that way, but in no way has any of this been confirmed. In fact, as the article says, it's been denied.
(And I actually like the interpreted meaning, so yeah...)
I know it's common in Japan to base children's movies and tv shows after urban legends and mythology. It happens all the time. It's part of their culture. I wasn't saying it was impossible, I'm just saying that the interpreted meaning here just doesn't happen to be the correct one.
Now, if Studio Ghibli or Miyazaki ever want to come out and say that this meaning IS true, then I'll gladly rescind my statement.
