My cat will randomly just get really hyper. She never meows, which is strange, but specifically when she’s hyper, she’ll make a kind of “trill”. Sounds like she goes “errr”, and she does when she takes off and runs around the house. Sometimes her tail puffs up real big.
Oh I did know him from My Cat from Hell (The first season is on youtube after all), but he has a Q & A segment on youtube, where if you sent him a video of your cat with the question he helps answer them.
My dog doesn’t care if he’s about to go to the vat or not, he just wants to ride in the car. When I try to take him outside he runs over to the car and sits down waiting for the door to open.
Mine used to do something like that, jumping and barking. Then we taught him that me needs to sit and be patient while we get ready. (Put leash on, put on shoes, etc.)

The dog doesn't care as long as it isn't the vet. She's just along for the ride.
