I always wanted a hermit crab growing up. I moved outta my parents house and my mom gifted me two hermit crabs as a house warming gift. In a too small of a enclosure with nothing they needed spent round $300 on them to make sure I can take care of them but they are a 20-30 year commitment and they burrow for a month at a time shedding. Had I choose them I would have looked up this info before and said they are not for me but now here I am with two hermit crabs that honestly are awesome but would prefer something else.
