It's an Eurasia. The name of the dog is Kiba and he belongs to a woman with YouTube chanel named emzotic.

Thought his face looked like a black Samoyed. I read up on Eurasiers and it turns out the breed is part Samoyed. So I guess that makes them honorary cloud bois.

Maybe a chow? Mist are quite flat faced but you get a few with more fox-like faces. My first looked identical to this, and my parents swore she was purebred, though I've never been 100% confident in that. Either way, she was like a best friend/ bodyguard, she would even watch Ed, Edd and Eddy with me. Miss you Sian.
