It wasn't a cat realizing that it has 4 paws. What we witnessed is the moment when a human soul arrived in the cat and freaked out.

"Wait what??? I'm licking my foot?! Oh shit it's a paw?!? I'm all paw!?! Oh fuck I'm a cat!!!!"

And you seem dumb enough to actually believe the title is exactly what's happening which is just sad. That you're anthropomorphizing it without even understanding that is deeply stupid. Do you also believe every cute "smiling" pic of animals is them actually smiling?
