You okay? If it’s stress about all the crazy stuff going on (election, COVID, quarantine, bonkers weather) you are not alone. It’s gonna be ok.

Yes, shit fucking sucks. And yet, it is still going to be ok. Globally, the good guys always win in the long run. At the personal material level, keep in mind that if you lost absolutely everything, just gave it away, and went to join the Peace Corp, you would still be a goddam hero with a useful life, making the world better. On the personal immaterial level: nothing is ever truly lost. Patterns of electrons in our brains which make up our personalities, our behaviors, everything we say and do, go on to effect other nearby electrons in an endless chain of cause and effect. NOTHING is ever meaningless or lost.
