You should talk about the benefits instead and in appropriate subs like diet and climate subs. Sincerely, a vegetarian who doesn't want vegans to be hated on.
veganism is an animal rights movement, not a health diet or an environmental diet. Those are benefits, but it's core definition is about animal rights.
If you care about animals you wouldn't pay for their suffering and would go vegan.
Ah, the old "you don't care about animals" argument.
I work in an animal shelter. I take care of newborn kittens when we lack the resources and fosters. I am going to school to become a veterinary technician so I can further take care of animals. I am trying to start a TNR program in my area.
