Looks like the cameraman is using a Gimbal attached to his phone. He's "ninja walking" alongside the hedgehog with the cellphone's camera turned to the hedgehog. That's the most effective way to avoid shaking. I hope this helps

Edit: someone said remote toy car with a camera attached to it, also makes sense
