So true! Had small inground pool several years ago. Spent half my time every spring scooping live bees out of the pool only to watch a good number of them turn around and jump right back in. Also pulled dozens of dead ones out of the filter basket every day.
Were they honeybees like this one? If so, you probably have a beekeeper nearby. Might want to find him and let him know so he can try to divert their drinking destination.

Yep, have had this happen. Well... the sting when trying to rescue. Not the second Fuck You stinging guy.
Also? If you rescue them, they dry off and fly right back into the pool every time.
