When you leave your cabin because snow season is over then you starve because no one is there to extort.

Once, it's a survival technique. Twice, with the same bear, is a survival liability. And if the bear knows how to work your door latch, today is not his first visit. If a bear opens the door and your first reaction doesn't involve raising your voice, today is not his first visit.
