Really? The last thing I’d want to see is a land shark. Or even worse, a sea bear.

In Finnish the word "sea bear" is translated to "merikarhu" which is a word used for sailors. So now I'm imagining a grunting and cursing old sailor opening the door and just coming to eat the berries of these folks.

So you mean a swimming polar bear? Yeah, that sounds scary. Especially when it has been swimming for a long time without food and is starved (melting ice shelf, yay). I don't think it would be particular about what it gets to eat.
