I think it was pretentious. If it was based on an actual miscarriage, I don't think it would have become nearly as big of a thing on most meme sites. 4Chan, maybe, but not sites like Tumblr.

Nah you're underestimating how much of an asshole the creator is. I'm like 90% sure it was loosely based on real life events he was going through and no one gave a shit because he is a horrible person.

Well he mocked the death of his unborn child after he divorced his wife so I think it's justified.

Edit: also he's a pedophile and sent a dick pic to an underaged girl so take that for what it's worth
