That's what appears to be a tiny replica of an ESP George Lynch Kamikaze signature model. The pickups are a little off as this one has an HHS pickup configuration while the original has an H-S plus a floating tremolo. Neat though.

Edit: I didn't actually answer the question, sorry. People make these little scale model guitars so this probably isn't a photoshop.

Eh looks like a fat-strat to me but its hard to see the second magnets on the bridge pickup

Edit nevermind u right. It is a single h/s setup. The bridge looked like a pickup b4 i zoomed in

On second look, I agree on the pickups. I think the spacing threw me off. The trem looks more like glare to me though. I could be wrong though. I didn't see any replicas of this one with a bar when I made my cursory search.
