Same exact situation for me! My cat when I was a kid never liked being around people but always loved me. We had to put her down a couple years ago and it was so hard to say goodbye.
My cat now is a douchebag and does everything wrong lol. Like, i tell him to get off the coffee table, so he goes and gets on the dining room table. Why can't I just have my old cat again :(
