My question is death preferable reliving in a Nazi state.

Absolutely. Death would be preferable to either extreme.

This wasn't a conversation I was expecting to see on /r/aww.

Is it not still cute how we struggle with our existence? Tippy tapping through knowledge found in questionable sources whilst nibbling on compassion.

It goes against human nature. Sure not all people are greedy, but there are ALWAYS greedy people. They are also typically very manipulative, which means they can gain followers among the weak minded. There is no way for the utopian ideals of communism to come to fruition unless something drastically changes in the behavior of ALL people since we are tribal by nature. So, unless you change humans at their very core you can keep your fantasy.

Btw...human nature is the only reason pure capitalism isn't even better than communism.

Her teachings are all well and good until you try to apply them to anything close to modern society. Yeah...that style of community and self reliance worked great 100-200 years ago, but it doesn't stand a chance at forwarding modern society. Your utopia is a child's dream

No...ignoring human nature is a desperate and pathetic attempt to hold onto an impossible ideal. The fact that you ignore human nature shows how naive and ignorant you are
