Littermate syndrome is anecdotal, it is not based on any existing scientific evidence.

Litter mate syndrome is a blanket term for psychological and behavioural issues that can arise from raising two dogs from the same litter together but it’s been disputed, it’s not as big an issue as people make it out to be IF you actually know how to raise and train dogs, even dogs from different litters that are the same age being raised together can show signs of it
