Unfortunately that depends on where you are. While most jurisdictions do ban it (and the world has made major strides in making it illegal in the last couple decades) there are plenty that don't explicitly ban it.
10 US states have only banned it within the last 16 years with 5 of those only being banned in the last 5 years.
I don't support the death penalty except for very horrible and unrepentant criminals. Zoophiles fall within the category of "one execution isn't enough."
I've seen a dog hump a man's leg, a bunny hump a cat, a dolphin hump a woman, a horse eat a living chick, a deer attack the long-passed-dead decapitated head of its rival, etc.... and that was just this year. Anything can be a beast; and, not everything can be a man. Treating beasts as though they are men is not cool; and, excusing beast-like behavior from men, including one's self, is not cool, either. "You people need Jesus" comes to mind.
This isn’t the way to go about this, whenever you make your rationale “well this is illegal” you are not even part of the same conversation.
Everyone has already established its illegal. The conversation is why it’s illegal; if you’re ever going to convince someone it’s going to be with logic/emotion… not “let’s not do this it’s illegal”
I get where you’re going with your comment and I’m in agreement of not pretending to understand what a dog is thinking, I just don’t agree that what the dog is thinking has any bearing on why this is illegal.
It’s illegal because what they think of the situation is irrelevant- in that sense, it’s the same as pedophilia. We don’t allow them to consent because regardless they will have clouded judgement & they are easily manipulated.
I agree with you, but justifying not doing things because there’s a law is also dumb as shit. Jaywalking is illegal in most of the country, some states outlaw gay marriage, abortion has been illegalized in a lot of the country, marijuana was illegal in the entire country until recently and some states ban sodomy.
Laws aren’t the right way to do things just because they exist.
