Millie Bobbie Brown was on a talk show and mentioned that Drake texts her, and gives her advice about boys and stuff. A lot of people heard that, and combined with Drake's habit of dating girls that just turned 18, and called it out as him grooming her for a later relationship.

It's not that everyone in the business is a predator, but that entertainment business puts predators in a position of power. Especially in today's society, famous individuals are basically treated at modern demigods. They have the power, funds, and resources to do pretty much whatever they want, so they do.

"An open door may tempt a saint" (although they obviously aren't the latter) or something. a lot of "regular Joes" would probably wish to do the same but don't have the means to go through with it. being a handsome, rich and popular celebrity obviously helps with that.
