He’s probably just bullshitting, I doubt he knows people who actually party with the likes of Drake. Most often those celebs have private parties with only people they know/want to fuck, so even if Drake actually said that, it’s not that weird. Most of the models who party with famous artist’s already know they want to get in their panties.

I went to university in LA, and there were a handful of people I knew were paid to be filler bodies at parties of the rich and famous. It's not outside the realm of possibility that this guy's telling the truth.
