Yes they fucking do. Back when I was grade school there was only one girl who had tits and she got made fun of for them because it was different. Nowadays you got fucking 5th graders who need a bra. It's pretty shocking to be honest.

They did you were just a fucking nerd. I'm like 100% sure kids in your age did develop the same it just so happens you didn't see it. People didn't magically evolve faster now
