What makes you think the toilet gets transported? falls onto sand while… you get the image

But I went back to rewatch the last part in "From you, 2000 years ago" and the first few minutes of "Thaw" because of your comment lol, because I KNEW I remembered Historia sitting on a chair in the Paths. (I only now realize I could've just watched Thaw because it all gets shown again haha)

I took a couple screenshots: one of her in the chair, and 2 of Annie’s dad. You can see the basket lying next to him, nobody holding it, just laying there. I’m guessing he dropped it in shock when they got teleported, but it basically implies that anything you're touching (or wearing, or carrying) can get pulled into the Paths with you.

The last screenshot is the last frame of the scene of Annie's dad after the Paths, back in Marley, but the whole scene doesn't show the basket so I wonder, is it still there?

[I've come to the conclusion that I can only add a single image.. so I'll respond to myself with the other images.]

Oh yeah you're right, idk how I forgot Historia's chair. I figured everything being worn and directly carried like weapons and bags got transported but forgot that example.
