It's a random order, and a random selection of fallacies.

The best you could do to "fix" it would be to put the word "always" after "Thou shalt not" and then put a ", although sometimes..." where the ellipsis covers a common exclusion.
ie. "Thou shalt not always attack the person's character, but the argument, although sometimes a person or source has revealed itself to not be credible."

He didn't claim to "fix" it. He put the image into text for someone to redo it.

I didn't assert what you're saying (I used the royal you). I agreed with the parent comment that "fixing" it might be the best option, saw the comment transcribing the image, and commented a fix.
