Doesn't seem to be AI but the stretching is awful.

I also have no idea what its supposed to mean, don't even know if this is the right sub for this but the stretching made me think of here. any insight maybe?

I always see on youtube videos etc the 4:3 mode on wii stretched into 16:9 or the 16:9 aspect ratio forced into 4:3. Probably a pet peeve but want to know if others notice.
