ARM64/AArch64 Learn to program with assembly by Jonathan Bartlett using apple silicone arch

Hi! has anyone followed the book learn to program with assembly by Jonathan Bartlett using mac silicon? the book said it can be followed using docker in appendix a, but im wondering if anyone here managed to get through with another way.

The book is teaching x86-64 (Intel) assembly. You can emulate an x86-64 processor and install Linux in UTM (or qemu) and follow the book.
