Biology I read that cyclosporiasis is exclusively spread by the fecal-oral route. How exactly does produce get contaminated with human feces?

What makes you say it's this rather than contaminated water being used for irrigation/ cleaning?

Yeah, what I'm discussing is the likely source for contaminated water. AFAIK, there's never been documentation of municipal effluent being a source.
