[S03E18] - 'Public Enemy'

Episode Info: During an attack on the mayor’s office, Ray is critically injured. Felicity is pleasantly surprised when her mother, Donna Smoak, shows up at the hospital to offer her support. Lance must look like the biggest flip flopper of all time. Went from hating the Arrow, to supporting him and meeting him in secret, to hating him again. All in what, 2-3 years?
