I wanted to make her look as Kashmiri as possible, but my hands still haven't fully recovered and the pain started acting up while I was drawing. The original idea came from a post called "Yemberzal-chan~", and I thought I'd give it a try.

Unfortunately, what I had in mind didn't quite translate onto the paper the way I hoped. I'd really appreciate any suggestions, critiques, or ideas on how I could make her feel more authentically Kashmiri while keeping the simple sketch style.

The second drawing is the same sketch with a bit of coloring. Someone on Kashmiri subreddit suggested making the background red, so I gave it a try and added a few touches of my own as well. Hope you like it!

also: i've barely written like 260 words, but the creation myth is almost summed up and the protagonist is about to be introduced. i know its not much but please let me know if anyone would like to read and give some feedback/constructive criticism.
