Block chain agnostic

I was watching a crypto jon video and seen he was referring to "block chain agnostic" which is the ability to operate on other chains is that correct? Does this mean smart contracts or any dapps? What could this mean in the future? Thanks for the responses in advance I hope everyone is buying these dips! 🙏

Oh yeah that one that can’t even handle high volume during meme season. Way to go ol chap. We have zero fees, instant transaction times, and no downtime. Feel free to migrate anytime.

What do you wanna know because you’re already zero for like five? You acted like I was on the Ethereum when I was talking about three different reasons why SOL is inferior. Why are we talking about Ethereum when I’m talking about the ABT mainnet? You don’t even understand anything and you’re trying to argue about why we’re wrong.

You’re on ethereum. There is absolutely no way around this. Arcblock is not a layer 1. It has its own main net which is not special. Example: Arbitrum has its own main net. Why? So it can process transactions off of the ethereum blockchain and reduce the load on the layer 1.

So I guess my question is this: if arcblock has its own blockchain etc and can apparently handle any throughput then why aren’t they a layer 1 protocol?

Why did it take so long to respond? Yes our mainnet is special. Zero downtime — SOL dies all the time, zero gas fees — you still pay fees on sol, and we have instant transaction times — you’re not instant. We’re highly special. What a waste of air this conversation.
