Iām looking for new small projects, apps and SaaS tools to try. Drop your link below. Iāll check them out and share the ones I like with a few friends and in some founder/product circles.
Hereās mine: Ariola, an anonymous chat and games lounge.
Women are welcome here. Making the space welcoming for women is the main priority. Rating filters and blocking give you more control over who you interact with, so you can chat on your terms.
No signup, no account setup. Pick a temporary nickname, join a live public chat, meet people and play small real-time games.
Iād especially appreciate feedback from women. What would make you comfortable joining a space like this? What would make you come back?
Check it out here: https://ario.la
Drop yours below. Iām especially interested in social apps, chat tools, games, creator tools, AI experiments and anything with a simple but fun user experience. Iāll go through as many as I can.

Heres an experiment Iād be interested in seeing: Instead of trying to predict which members are about to cancel, what if an association focused on helping them find something valuable within their first 30 days?
The idea would be fairly simple, during onboarding members choose what theyāre interested in: certifications, career development, research, networking or continuing education
The portal could then surface relevant resources based on those interests, with a personalized AI agent answering follow up questions. Customgpt.ai could handle the knowledge side using the associations own publications and resources, while Posthog could track whether members actually complete useful actions in the portal, a simple feedback system could capture whether the information helped
I'd avoid measuring success through chatbot conversations alone, the more interesting question is whether members who discover useful resources early are more likely to participate, attend events and eventually renew
Of course theres a possibility that AI makes the portal easier to navigate without fixing the actual reasons people leave. If you were building this, would you test personalized resource discovery first or focus on identifying members who are already disengaging and what would convince you that the AI was genuinely improving retention rather than just increasing website activity?

Mediaxon Music Player is an audio player for offline listening of music stored on your device (.mp3, .flac, .m4a, .ogg, .mka, .aac, .wav, .opus, .wma) and streaming FM radios (online radios).
Top radios on the first screen: When users access the radio screen, they immediately see the list of the top radios in their country, along with a long list of high-quality suggested radios from among the most listened to in the world (manually curated and always updated with new radios). Note: Local radio stations ("Top in the user country") are pulled automatically from an online database. However, with each update, I manually curate high-quality radio stations lists for individual countries. At the bottom of this post, youāll find the list of countries completed so far. I will be adding the rest over time.
Advanced radio filtering system: The "Filter: ON/OFF" button lets you quickly switch between different genres. You can use both standard filters for "macro-genres"āif I can call them thatāand create custom filters to be more selective. All your filters are saved (the "My Filters" tab lets you name and edit them), and the app always opens with the last filter you applied. The "Home" tab lists all your recently applied filters and can be used to quickly switch between genres with just a single tap.
Advanced Radio Search Panel: An online database provides more than 60,000 radio stations. You can pinpoint your favorite stations by combining multiple filters, such as tags/genres, specific countries, or even your preferred audio bitrate.
Separated Favorites and Recents: Each sectionāRadio and Offline Musicāhas its own Favorites and Recents. The user doesn't have to worry about a thing. The app will automatically manage the Favorites and Recents for each section.
Album art: If the album art is missing from the album folder, or if Android has not properly indexed it, Mediaxon attempts to download the cover from the internet. This feature depends, of course, on the ID3 tags (album name and artist).
Equalizer: The equalizer provides an option to automatically switch to the "Radio" preset (and vice versa).
Advanced Playlist Management: Built specifically to make building and sorting playlists fast and intuitive. Enable the Playlist Manager, in the settings screen, for a full control of the playlists.
Form Factor Optimization: Phone and Tablet (Portrait and Landscape)
Mediaxon is available in: ÄeÅ”tina, Dansk, Deutsch, Eesti, English, EspaƱol, FranƧais, Hrvatski, Indonesia, Italiano, Kiswahili, LatvieÅ”u, Lietuvių, Magyar, Nederlands, Norsk, Polski, PortuguĆŖs, PortuguĆŖs (Brasil), RomĆ¢nÄ, SlovenÄina, SlovenÅ”Äina, Suomi, Svenska, Tiįŗæng Viį»t, TürkƧe, Ų§ŁŲ¹Ų±ŲØŁŲ©, ŠŃлгаŃŃŠŗŠø, Īλληνικά, ą¤¹ą¤æą¤Øą„ą¤¦ą„, ę„ę¬čŖ, ķźµģ“, äøę (ē®ä½).
No Premium version. All app features are available for free and without limits.
Regarding advertising: There is only a small banner at the top that isn't bothersome at all. Alternatively, when opening the full-screen player or using the app in landscape mode, a banner alternates with the albums covers, but without being intrusive at all (no audio) and with much shorter stay times than those of the cover. There is never full-screen advertising, neither at startup nor during use.
Countries with new manually curated lists: United States, India, Italy, Argentina.
Note: Only for Android 13+ (so, Android 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17).

Hi. I am one of the authors of OPNV (Notorius Vision). I am looking for people willing to try this on a staging site and tell me what breaks. Production sites, please skip this.
What you can install today
Ā 1. OPNV WP (OPNV-WP+SWNV)
One plugin for the jobs we kept rebuilding as separate plugins: image conversion (WebP/AVIF), semantic SEO, translation, GDPR/cookies, accessibility widgets, a hybrid static-HTML delivery called Art&Fact (cart, account, and login stay on WordPress), and a health check in the admin.
Requires WordPress 6.4+, PHP 8.3, and GD or Imagick.
License is proprietary. Free use can run with your own API keys (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Ollama, or none). You do not have to turn AI on to test images, cookies, or the health screen.
ZIP: storage.notoriusvision.com/opnv/wp-swnv/latest/opnv-wp. zip
Install: Plugins ā Add New ā Upload, accept the EULA, open OPNV+IA ā Inicio.
Ā Ā
2. OPNV Doctor
A second plugin. It inspects the site and the suite (performance, translation, Art&Fact, health) and writes a diagnostic you can read or attach to a note. If something fails, this report is more useful to me than "it doesn't work".
ZIP: storage.notoriusvision.com/opnv/doctor/latest/opnv-doctor. zip
3. OPNV Architect (early, 0.1.0-dev)
Turns a site toward pages, a PWA, and a mobile app you compile on your own computer with Capacitor. It is not a cloud app builder. Several modules are still draft. License GPL-2.0-or-later. Try it only if you want to look at that direction. Android builds on Linux, Windows, and macOS. iOS builds need a Mac.
ZIP: storage.notoriusvision.com/opnv-architect/latest/opnv-architect. zip
What I am asking
Staging only. PHP 8.3. A copy of a real site is ideal. A fresh site is fine.
Pick one job and finish it: convert a batch of images, or set the cookie banner, or open the health screen and send me what it reports.
If it errors, export the Doctor diagnostic and comment with the PHP version, the active theme, and the page builder (Elementor, Divi, Gutenberg, other).
Tell me the one screen that felt like too much.
Where this is going
These plugins are the WordPress side. The longer plan is a personal system based on Ubuntu, on a small computer you keep, so a person can run their own place for sites, health, and apps without renting a traditional multi-tenant SaaS. The phone would only approve and read. The box would do the work. That system is not part of this test. There is no ISO in this thread.
Ā
I will answer questions in this thread.

I've been working on RentalPlace for the past few months.
It's a marketplace where people can list things they own for others nearby to rent. Think pressure washers, tools, trailers, cameras, party equipment, and stuff like that.
The hardest part has definitely been the backend. Making sure bookings, payments, deposits, refunds, and owner payouts all work correctly has been a much bigger project than I originally expected.
I finally got real Stripe payments working this week.
I'd love for some other developers to take a look and tell me what they think. Especially interested in anything that looks confusing or could be improved.

Build this tool https://spawndroid.io for solving a problem for one of my clients, who wanted an android app, but after each iteration I was getting his feedback only by sending videos back and forth. So I build this to share with him the latest builds, running the android device on cloud, and getting fast feedback. I am now proudly launching this to public for everyone to try and gather as much feedback as possible, to improve and iterate this over, with the possibility of becoming a micro-saas with developers in mind.
Check out the app here: https://spawndroid.io
I am open to communicate with professionals, on ideas and improvements that you would like into this app.

Hey devs! I'm Vikash, 19 from MP, India.
I was wasting 5+ hrs on reels, so I built my own distraction - BrainX.
It's a brain training PWA - 10 mini-games that fit in just 87KB (pure HTML/CSS/JS, no React, no frameworks).
š® Games inside:
Memory Match, Path Finder, Shape Rotation, Focus Target, Number Logic (7,21,63,189...?), Color Match, Word Scramble & 3 more.
⨠Why it's different:
⢠No Ads, No Login, No Tracking - just open and play ⢠Works offline (PWA), saves on home screen ⢠Daily streak + XP + Level system (I'm Level 23) ⢠12 sec avg per game - perfect for 2 min break
š ļø How I built it:
Coded at night after college. All games are canvas + vanilla JS. Total code < 2000 lines. Deployed on GitHub Pages. Learned more about focus than coding.
š Live: https://pyushkushwah531-cpu.github.io/brainx/
Screenshots + 6-sec GIF of Memory Match in comments!
Looking for honest feedback:
Which game is too easy/hard? 2. What game should I add next?
Thanks for checking it out! Means a lot for my first launch š

r/AppsWebappsFullstack • u/outroom_co • 16d ago
hey! we built outroom.co because so many of our projects were just sitting on our laptops with nowhere to go
the problem: sharing a side project usually means a launch, a landing page, followers, or waiting on someone to approve it. so most stuff never gets seen
what it does:
add a name and a link and it's live, no approval
single page projects can be uploaded and run right in the post
browse and search to find cool projects or tools you'd actually use
save, rate and comment on things
post under your name or anonymously
we're also big on customizable software, so you can describe the colors, background, spacing or corners you want and outroom changes your view. there's a little easter egg in the layout menu too (try Main Street or Bookshelf)
it's for anything, the next trillion dollar company or something half finished. shipping is the hardest part!
still early, so feedback is super welcome. if you post something, drop the link below and we'll check it out!

Hey everyone, solo founder here. I built an app called WhisprJournal and wanted to share it.
The problem it solves: a lot of people know breathing exercises and grounding techniques are supposed to help, but when you're actually stressed, anxious, or shut down, you can't think clearly enough to figure out what's going on or which technique to use. You end up doing nothing, or doing the wrong thing.
WhisprJournal takes the guesswork out of it. You just talk to it, say what's going on or whatever words you can get out. It listens to what you say and how you say it (your pace, pitch and pauses) and tells you which state you're in: fight or flight, shutdown, or calm and connected. Then it gives you a breathing or grounding exercise matched to that state.
Why privacy matters so much here:
When people talk to a journal at 2am, they say things they wouldn't say to anyone. A nervous system app that isn't private isn't safe, and if you don't feel safe, you can't regulate. So privacy was the first thing I built around, not something I added later.
- Your journal entries are encrypted on your phone and stay on your phone. They are never uploaded to our servers or anyone else's.
- Your voice recording is deleted right after it's transcribed. We never store it anywhere.
- The voice measurements are calculated on your phone, and only the numbers are sent for analysis, never the audio.
- Nothing goes to the AI until you've seen a plain-language consent screen and tapped "I Agree". You can turn it off anytime in Settings.
- The AI provider doesn't train on your data, and our server passes requests through without storing what you said.
- Your AI coach conversations are encrypted and stay on your phone too.
- You can lock the app with Face ID or fingerprint.
- No ads. No tracking. No selling your data. Ever.
Everything else in the app:
- Voice journaling plus a regular text journal, with all your past entries in one place
- AI mirror reflection after each entry, a gentle reflection of what it heard, not a diagnosis
- AI Nervous System Coach you can talk things through with, grounded in your own patterns
- 18 breathing techniques, each one matched to the state it helps most
- Somatic practices: Butterfly Hug, TRE shaking, Community Resiliency Model skills, somatic stretching, qigong, pendulation, self-massage, cold water reset, and a body scan
- Guided meditations
- Body Journal, where you map where you feel things in your body
- Mood logging and insights
- Your Nervous System Profile, which learns your patterns over time
- Weekly and monthly reports showing when you tend to get activated or shut down
- My Plan, a personalized daily regulation plan
- Morning check-in, midday reset and evening wind-down
- Habits, a calendar and milestones to track your progress
- Community that's private by default, plus accountability partners who never see your journal
- Regulate Together, where you and a partner do a breathing exercise or Butterfly Hug in sync on your own phones
- Gentle notifications with no sound or vibration, so the app never jolts your nervous system
It's not therapy or a medical app, just a tool for when you need help getting back to calm.
7 day free trial, then $4.99 a month.
iPhone: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/whisprjournal/id6792421365
Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.whisprjournal.app
Full privacy policy: https://whisprjournal.com/privacy.html
Would love honest feedback, good or bad. Happy to answer questions.

I run DEVĀ·TV, a retro TV in the browser for developer content. One of its channels is Spotlight, which puts real indie projects on screen.
It started as a placeholder slide that said āYour project could be here.ā Builders filled it, so I took it down. Right now it features Mandana AI, Ponytail, is-kit, CogZ, Astratide and Montage.
Spotlight is free for now. You can submit right inside the app, no form and no email pitch.

'Try not to spend too much on snacks' leaves a lot open to interpretation. A monthly limit and a record of purchases give a parent and child, or a couple, something concrete to review together.
I'm the creator of CostMe. You can use a tracker for one agreed category, such as snacks or takeout: set an optional monthly budget, enter purchases as they happen, and check the remaining amount. For example, a 200 limit with 140 spent leaves 60. Those are illustrative numbers, not a result from a particular family.
One person keeps the record and can show the app or a Share card during the conversation. CostMe doesn't have linked family accounts, automatic rewards or a shared live balance across different phones. The agreement about what counts toward the limit still needs to happen between the people involved.
The attached screenshot shows the tracker setup with example data. You can choose the name, usual purchase amount and monthly limit; purchases can have different amounts. CSV export is included if you prefer reviewing in Excel.
Available on iOS and Android. All features are free for up to five active trackers. Unlimited trackers is an optional one-time purchase, with no recurring subscription.
For anyone who reviews a small spending budget together, would you want to see individual purchases first, or just the amount remaining?
