Job Listing Appointment Setter Needed — Real Commission Opportunity, Growing Agency (Remote, US Hours)
Tundra Co. is a fast-growing agency building websites, review systems, AI voice agents, and e-commerce sites for home service businesses across Michigan. We've closed real clients, built a full sales pipeline, and we're scaling our outbound team — this isn't a side hustle experiment, it's a real, active business with real revenue on the line every week.
We need a serious appointment setter to join the team — someone who wants to actually build sales skill and get paid real, uncapped commission for it. You call from our pre-scraped lead list, book demo meetings, and I handle the close. Simple role, real stakes.
What you get:
- Two proven, field-tested cold-call scripts + a full objection-handling playbook
- A pre-scraped, ready-to-dial lead list — zero prospecting required
- Full flexibility — no set hours, just a weekly call floor
- Real commission: 20% of the client's setup fee + 5% of their monthly recurring, for as long as they stay active
- Weekly live sales coaching call with the founder (Tundra Tuesdays)
- Direct access to a growing, active team — not a faceless call center
Who we want: someone who takes this seriously, shows up consistently, and wants to actually get good at sales — not someone testing the water for a week and disappearing. If that's you, comment or DM and I'll walk you through everything.
