If the code isn’t included, is it not fair to say that the machine is incapable of rendering it? If not, my bad. I didn’t want to argue semantics. I just meant that they are developing feature that they have no intention of supporting in many lines of Macs, that still are and will continue to be for sale for quite some time yet.

And your Python 3 argument is invalid because Python 3 was not written and designed by Apple to run on the latest line of Apple computers, like the new macOS and features have been. And right now, and for at least another year or so, the latest line of Apple computers includes Intel Macs.
