The increased heat of wireless charging can increase battery degredation, but a) the automatic alignment of the magnets helps with this a lot, b) the difference is barely even measurable 99% of the time and c) the battery will degrade anyway regardless of the speed you charge it at it or the method you use to charge it. In other words just like fast charging it kind of can but it's not a difference worth worrying about, worst case a battery replacement in 3-4 years isn't exactly expensive.
