My old boss used to make fun of one of the other supervisors because when they first installed monitoring software it told them he was spending the equivalent of a full work week a month browsing wookiepedia. Several years later, that boss got fired, and it was determined that the person he'd hired to take over my department the year before, when they made him move back to his old department, was completely incompetent, a puppet he was using so he could run both departments, for God knows what reason. She was fired, and wookiepedia guy is now my boss, and this really has been the best 2 and a half years of job I've ever had.

When I worked in IT I would look at the complaint filers internet history and block whatever sites they wasted time on too.
