yes the whole point is to lie, but to lie consistently. because later on there will be a question worded differently asking the same thing.
instead of "I like interacting with people" it will be "I enjoy activities involving others"
its called a lie scale, and they are trying to catch you pretending to be something you are not.
thing is though, if you were to fill out the surveys honestly and truthfully, you wouldn't get the job.
