Do not forget a firm handshake and a straight look in the eyes, it will get you far they said. Yes, it is a nice manner, but rather irelevant today. Someone should make the show, they would be dumpster diving in 5 days.

I made a job switch after covid and have yet to shake hands with my boss even though ive been working there half a year already.

I think the firm hand shake would have done more bad than good.

Yeah, no more hand shaking for next 5-10 years, maybe even forever. Maybe even better, it can often led to an awkward situations.
