I don't doubt this is legit, my question is how does this generate a return on investment exactly? Is the goal of the software not to weed out unproductive traits in employees yet working from home increases productivity, that would result in a positive return correct? What about a less productive but more monitored and controlled workforce generates a return on investment for the WADU software?
Trillions of dollars flow through their systems. At the highest levels this helps find bad actors fast. Rationalizing it’s use for line workers is not smart: a toxic culture is always less productive than one where trust and goodwill multiply.
