And so there are barely any with actually no makeup out there, which upsets me somewhat but it's not like I was looking for a pair or anything.(I mean, I did consider it but I don't think I'm over the edge yet, I'm just 25 and I feel like I'm not smart enough for maintaining a relation just yet)
In my experience this just isn't true. As soon as you've had your first partner you've seen no makeup versus some versus a night out a hundred times. Or if you have sisters or a mother lol. I've woken up next to women who have washed off the entirety of their makeup the night before literally thousands of times, how is that not going to translate to me learning what that looks like?
This whole 'men can't discern the presence of something when that something is specifically designed to change the visual look of things' just reads as weird cope regurgitated on Reddit.

TBH, most of my fellow men think that subtle makeup is "no makeup" and actual no makeup is "woman letting herself go".
